RiverFest 2020: explore your watershed, WIN A KAYAK!

In lieu of a get-together for RiverFest this year, we want YOU to get outside and enjoy nature with those closest to you. Show us how you are enjoying our Northwest Ohio nature and you'll be added to a random drawing to win a kayak!

Photo Eligibility
We are looking for photos that show people enjoying the natural resources of Northwest Ohio.

Who Can Enter
The RiverFest 2020 “explore your watershed” contest is open to all residents of Northwest Ohio. The operational team of Land to Lake, the DDVB and their immediate family are excluded from participating.

Photographer/Copyright
Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.

Ownership/Use Rights
Photographers retain the copyright to their photographs. By entering the contest, photographers agree to have their submitted photograph displayed on the Land to Lake and/or DDVB website without any fee or other form of compensation, and agree that Land to Lake and/or the DDVB may display photos on their website,social media. Photos may be credited to the photographer named in the entry process. Entries (including non-winning entries) may be selected for display or use in other Land to Lake and/or DDVB web pages and promotional materials. Entries will never be used by Land to Lake or the DDVB in matter of sale. Entrants retain ownership and all other rights to future use of their photographs.

Number of Entries
An individual may submit up to ten (10) photographs. Entries may be entered by uploading digital files. All photos must be entered by July 19, 2020.

Photo Subject Restrictions
Photos must be appropriate for posting on a public website or within publications. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. Land to Lake and/or The DDVB retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.

Winners
Names of each entry will be entered into a random drawing to be held on July 20. Winner will be announced on Facebook and on landtolake.com.

Legal Conditions
By submitting your entry by email, or by tagging #DefiRiverFest2020 and uploading on social media, you agree you have read and fully understand the contest rules and you declare you are the author and sole owner of the photograph submitted. Entry of photographs into this contest implies acceptance of these conditions, regardless of whether entrants sign a statement confirming acceptance.
